Comprehensive Asset Management
Our asset management service involves a range of activities aimed at maximizing the value of your assets while minimizing risks. These activities are tailored to your investment objective, risk tolerance, and time horizon and include portfolio construction, asset allocation, risk management, income generation and performance monitoring.
For brokerage, IRA, and general public market investments, our in-house investment management is commission-free and primarily consists of individual stocks and low-cost ETFs. These assets are generally custodied at Charles Schwab.
Many high-net-worth individuals and accredited investors don’t limit themselves to just the public stock market and invest in real estate, private equity, and alternative investments as well. We have expertise in this area and can accommodate clients who are interested in diversifying into these asset classes.

Portfolio Construction and
Asset Allocation
Selecting from growth, value, and income investments we have pre-screened and allocating your assets so that as a whole they are optimized for taxes and align with your financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.

Risk
Management
Actively monitoring individual positions and the market as a whole to identify and adjust for potential risks as well as periodically rebalancing your portfolio to ensure it remains aligned with your target allocation.

Cashflow and
Income Generation
For clients needing monthly income, we aim to create multiple income streams to reduce dependency on a single asset class while minimizing risk. Once we meet our target income we can invest for additional future growth for inflation protection.

Performance Monitoring
We generally meet 2-4 times a year to go over your performance and compare it to the general market or your preferred benchmark. Our client portal as well as your brokerage login will allow you to view your investments at any time.

Alternative Investments
Providing education and analysis for accredited investors who are interested in real estate, private equity, or additional alternative investments that are less correlated with the stock market.
Is this for me?
Who this can benefit the most:
- Someone who has had little experience, an awful experience, or is just uncomfortable with financial investments and has attained, or is responsible for, a large sum of assets.
- Retirees who want their assets to last throughout their retirement and need someone to manage their cashflow and income streams to ensure they are tax-efficient and don’t overspend.
- High-net-worth individuals who are not maximizing the value of their assets because they are preoccupied with work or personal matters and do not have the time or the desire to manage their assets efficiently.
- Trustees, executors, and others responsible for managing trusts, estates, and retirement plans to prudently invest and distribute assets according to legal requirements and beneficiaries' needs.
Who may benefit less from this service:
- Small investors with limited assets to invest.
- Individuals whose assets are locked or illiquid, so they can’t be managed. They would likely benefit from advice and planning.
- DIY investors who have the time, knowledge, and experience to manage investments on their own. The value of the time spent managing their investments plus their after-tax over/underperformance should be less than the cost of professional management.
- Individuals with an occupation that actively requires large amounts of capital and the return on capital is significantly better than returns available in passive investments. Some examples would be a real estate developer or small business owner earning a 30%+ annualized return on invested capital. Assets above what is needed as working capital for their occupation should be professionally managed.
